with a light lunch afterward for those who pre-registered

This is a panel presentation to support seniors and family members plan ahead for positive aging.

What matters most to me as I age?  How do I find the help I need? 
Do I need a medical proxy? What is an advance directive?
Will there be a time when I can no longer stay in my home? What are my options?
Where do I find resources and support?

Don’t wait for a crisis. Plan ahead and shape your own path forward!
